Zephyr Cool EC provides efficient thermal separation between cooled and uncooled areas. The air curtain system prevents warm air from entering and is ideal for cold storage rooms, flower shops, butcher shops, or hospitals.

Das anschlussfertige, montagefertige System ist für den Umluftbetrieb ohne Wärmetauscher ausgelegt und für verschiedene Einbauvarianten geeignet. So bleiben Raumtemperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit auch bei geöffneter Tür weitgehend konstant.

High-Performance EC Fans

Easy-to-Perform Maintenance

Easy-to-maintain cleaning of the micro-grille without opening the unit—simply vacuum the intake grille. A blind-screwed and secured access panel (hinged on one side) on the underside of the unit—easy to open.

Durable housing

Self-supporting, powder-coated sheet steel housing with no visible screws; standard finish in RAL 9016 (traffic white)—other colors available. Inspection opening from below, blind-screwed behind the intake grille. Intake grille in the same color as the unit, consisting of a perforated sheet with a micro-grille behind it (serves as an intake filter) for easy maintenance. Exhaust grille with continuously adjustable exhaust louver (natural anodized) for optimal airflow.

Montagefreundliche Konstruktion

Die Montage erfolgt durch auf der Geräteoberseite eingelassene Nietmuttern (M8) und optional erhältliches Montagematerial. In der Standardausführung braucht das Gerät für den Elektroanschluss nicht geöffnet zu werden. Anschlussklemmen für die Spannungsversorgung sowie die Steckverbindungen für das Bedienteil und den Parallelbetrieb sind von außen zugänglich.

Intelligent Control

TEKADOOR CAT Electronic Multifunctional Control System

A 20-meter pre-assembled, shielded data cable is included as standard with devices equipped with PWW and electric heating.
The 5-stage CAT control system includes a manual/automatic mode and a summer/winter switch as standard features.
A weekly timer with a timer function can be implemented optionally using enable contacts.
For winter operation, a solenoid valve rated up to 2.5 A can be connected (optional).
With the CAT control system, the airflow can be manually adjusted in 5 steps, and the heating output—which, in the case of electric heating, depends on the fan speed—can be manually adjusted in 3 steps.
An enable contact and potential-free operating and fault signals are available for control via a customer-supplied BMS or DDC.
Up to 10 devices can be connected in parallel in a master-slave configuration.
On-site control via a ModBus interface is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM

TEKADOOR air curtains come standard with a high-quality CAT controller with a touchscreen display. Industrial air curtains from the THI series and DX units are controlled via a HATI controller . Additionally, depending on the application, a connection via ModBus module or control via a 0–10 V signal are also possible.
