HISTORY – DATES – FACTS

Founded in 1981 in Leichlingen, Rhineland, we are now one of Europe’s leading suppliers of air curtain systems for doors and gates. Steady growth led us to relocate our production facility from Leichlingen to the neighboring town of Langenfeld in 2005. In 2010, we also moved into our current, expanded production and administrative building here, from which we distribute our “Made in Germany” products worldwide. Our commitment to maintaining our presence in the Rhineland and, consequently, safeguarding local jobs is the reason we have always remained loyal to our region.

TEKADOOR focuses on precise functionality and top quality, high comfort, ease of maintenance, and, above all, energy efficiency. We met the standards of the Ecodesign Directive (ErP) long before it went into effect. Nearly all of our product lines are equipped with highly energy-efficient EC motors. In addition to our standard products, we are happy to develop customized, client-specific solutions—quickly and with absolute reliability! For many years, we have been the go-to partner for design firms, architects, contractors, general contractors, and building operators.
