Ellipse EC combines high functionality with sophisticated design and is ideal for stylishly designed entryways. The free-hanging, ready-to-install unit, featuring a modern elliptical design, can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of door architectures thanks to its powder-coated sheet steel or stainless steel finish.

Die werkzeuglos verstellbare Jetflow-Ausblasdüse mit asymmetrischem Düsenquerschnitt sorgt für einen gleichmäßig geführten Luftstrahl mit großer Wurfweite. Optional ist das Gerät mit Standard-Luftwalze für raumseitige Ansaugung oder mit umgedrehter Luftwalze für türseitige Ansaugung erhältlich.

Self-supporting steel/aluminum composite construction with no visible screws, available with a powder-coated finish in any RAL color or in a stainless steel version. Jetflow exhaust nozzle made of aluminum, powder-coated to match the unit’s color. Designer intake grille with a fine-perforated pattern for easy-to-maintain, filterless operation.

DHW: for standard-temperature DHW 70/50°C and low-temperature DHW 60/40°C; other temperatures available upon request.
DX: DX coils brazed under nitrogen for use with heat pumps (heating mode only). High-quality heat exchangers made of copper tubing, with press-fitted, extra-strong aluminum fins.
ELEKTRO: 3-stage 400V heat exchanger, spiral-shaped and corrosion-resistant, with thermal overheating protection and a run-on circuit.

Die einzeln angetriebenen EC-Ventilatoren mit integriertem Motorschutz sind doppelseitig ansaugend, vibrationsfrei gelagert und werden durch ein PWM – Signal (Pulsweitenmodulation) angesteuert.

Die Montage erfolgt durch auf der Geräteoberseite eingelassene Nietmuttern (M8) und optional erhältliches Montagematerial. In der Standardausführung braucht das Gerät für den Elektroanschluss nicht geöffnet zu werden. Anschlussklemmen für die Spannungsversorgung sowie die Steckverbindungen für das Schaltgerät und den Parallelbetrieb sind von außen zugänglich.

Easy-to-maintain cleaning—micro-grille—no need to open the unit; simply vacuum through the intake grille. A bolted and secured access panel (hinged on one side) on the underside of the unit that is easy to open for maintenance work.

Der Ausblas erfolgt über die mehrfach verstellbare Jetflow-Ausblasdüse (verstellbar ohne Hilfsmittel), mit adaptivem, asymmetrischem Düsenquerschnitt, die den Luftstrahl mit großer Wurfweite gleichmäßig führt. Ausführung wählbar mit Standard-Luftwalze (raumseitige Ansaugung) oder mit umgedrehter Luftwalze (türseitige Ansaugung).

TEKADOOR CAT Electronic Multifunctional Control System

  • A 20-meter pre-assembled, shielded data cable is included as standard with devices equipped with PWW and electric heating.
  • The 5-stage CAT control system includes a manual/automatic mode and a summer/winter switch as standard features.
  • A weekly timer with a timer function can optionally be implemented using enable contacts.
  • For winter operation, a solenoid valve rated up to 2.5 A can be connected (optional).
  • With the CAT control system, the airflow can be manually adjusted in 5 steps, and the heating output—which, in the case of electric heating, depends on the fan speed—can be manually adjusted in 3 steps.
  • An enable contact and potential-free operating and fault signals are available for control via a customer-supplied BMS or DDC.
  • Up to 10 devices can be connected in parallel in a master-slave configuration.
  • On-site control via a ModBus interface is also possible.

A ready-to-connect, free-hanging door air curtain system for surface mounting with a standard SLW air roller. Air is drawn in from the room side and discharged directly at the door. Air rollers of different sizes are installed depending on the room size. The standard roller is selected for small to medium door widths and ground-level retail spaces with balanced pressure conditions.

Ready-to-connect, free-hanging air curtain system for surface mounting with an inverted air roller (ULW). Mixed air is drawn in at the door and discharged into the room. A frost protection thermostat is absolutely essential for the ULW model! Applications include unfavorable business locations and challenging entrance situations, such as multi-story buildings or large entrance areas. The inverted air curtain counteracts the cold outside air. Air movement in the entrance area is reduced, and the shielding performance is increased.
