THI ist die leistungsstarke Luftschleierlösung für große Tore in Industrie, Lager und Logistik. Das System reduziert Kaltlufteinfall, hält Warmluft im Gebäude und sorgt so für mehr Energieeffizienz, weniger Zugluft und einen reibungslosen Warenverkehr.

Der montagefertige Industrie-Torluftschleier ist flexibel für die horizontale oder vertikale Montage erhältlich – wahlweise als Warm- oder Umluftschleier. Dank modularer Bauweise lässt sich THI optimal an unterschiedliche Torbreiten und Torhöhen anpassen.

Das Gehäuse der Baureihe THI wird aus verzinktem Stahlblechgehäuse gefertigt, pulverbeschichtet in der Standard Farbe RAL 7032 (Kieselgrau) oder im Standard RAL-Farbton nach Wunsch. Bei der stehenden Ausführung ist die Bodenkonsole und bei einer Reihenmontage sind die Verbindungslaschen im Lieferumfang enthalten.

THI 3 (AC) / THI 4 (AC) / THI 6 (AC) / THI 8 (AC): 5-Stufen-Drehzahlsteller TYP HATI. 400 V / 50 Hz nach VDE 0550 im Gehäuse mit Stufenschalter, Stör- und Betriebsleuchte, mit Wiedereinschaltsperre für Motorvollschutz, Hand- Automatik-Schaltung und Schütz für externen Signalgeber (z.B. Torkontakt).

THI 3 (EC) / THI 4 (EC) / THI 6 (EC) / THI 8 (EC): Elektronische TEKADOOR-Steuerung CAT 200 EC, multifunktional, u. a. mit einer optionalen ModBus Schnittstelle.
Standardmäßig sind für Geräte mit PWW-Heizung eine CAT 200 EC und für Geräte mit Elektro-Heizung eine CAT 200 E EC Steuerung, inklusive 20 m vorkonfektioniertem, abgeschirmtem Datenkabel, enthalten.

Axialventilatoren mit Drehstrommotor, Schutzart IP 54, Motorschutz über Thermokontakte inkl. Berührungsschutzgitter. Diese Ventilatoren entsprechen der ErP-Richtlinie zur Mindesteffizienzvorgabe der Ventilatoren innerhalb der EU. Optional kann der Torluftschleier mit einzeln angetriebenen EC-Ventilatoren geliefert werden.

Heat exchangers for various heating media
DHW: for standard-temperature DHW 70/50°C and 80/60°C; for low-temperature DHW 60/40°C; other temperatures available upon request. 3-stage heat exchanger , spiral-shaped, corrosion-resistant, with a run-on circuit and overheating protection. Recirculation operation without heating (without a heating medium) is possible.

Because the fin spacing on the heating coil was deliberately chosen to be wide, a filter is not required. This makes it easy to clean the units during maintenance.
