Heat exchangers for various heating media
DHW: for standard-temperature DHW 70/50°C and low-temperature DHW 60/40°C; other temperatures available upon request. High-quality heat exchangers made of copper tubing, with press-fitted, extra-strong aluminum fins.
ELECTRIC: 3-stage 400V heat exchanger, spiral-wound and corrosion-resistant, with thermal overheating protection and a run-on circuit.

Easy installation using holes in the floor panel (blind screw connection) directly on the finished floor. The floor panel features recesses for concealed power supply from below. Optional: Power supply from above is also possible.

Easy-to-maintain cleaning (microgrille) without opening the unit—simply vacuum the intake grille. An inspection opening, easily accessible from the room side, with blind screws and hinged on one side, is provided for maintenance work.

The patented, multi-position adjustable (without tools) Jetflow air outlet nozzle, featuring an adaptive asymmetrical cross-section, is characterized by a uniform air stream with a long throw. Since the Jetflow air outlet nozzle extends across the entire height of the unit, the heated air is also discharged directly above the floor, where the potential for cold air infiltration is greatest.

The efficiency of the EC fans used by Tekadoor is greater than 90% under partial load, which is approximately 30–35% higher than that of conventional AC fans. This not only increases efficiency but also reduces operating costs. The individually driven EC fans with integrated motor protection feature double-sided intake, are mounted on vibration-free bearings, and are controlled by a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal. They not only comply with the ErP Directive but actually exceed this standard.

Self-supporting, screw-free (in visible areas) steel/aluminum composite construction in a rounded or straight design, available with a powder-coated finish in any RAL color or in a stainless steel version. Jetflow air outlet nozzle made of aluminum, powder-coated to match the unit’s color. Designer intake grille with a micro-grille behind it (serves as an intake filter) for filterless operation.

TEKADOOR CAT Electronic Multifunctional Control System

• A 20-meter pre-assembled, shielded data cable is included as standard with devices equipped with PWW and electric heating.
• The 5-stage CAT control system includes a manual/automatic mode and a summer/winter switch as standard features.
• A weekly timer with a timer function can be implemented optionally using enable contacts.
• For winter operation, a solenoid valve rated up to 2.5 A can be connected (optional).
• With the CAT control system, the airflow can be manually adjusted in 5 steps, and the heating output—which, in the case of electric heating, depends on the fan speed—can be manually adjusted in 3 steps.
• An enable contact and potential-free operating and fault signals are available for control via a customer-supplied BMS or DDC.
• Up to 10 devices can be connected in parallel in a master-slave configuration.
• On-site control via a ModBus interface is also possible.
