TIC is the reliable air curtain solution for large doors in industrial, warehouse, and logistics facilities. The system reduces the influx of cold air, keeps warm air inside the building, and thus creates better conditions for energy efficiency, worker comfort, and the smooth flow of goods.

This ready-to-install industrial air curtain can be flexibly mounted horizontally or vertically and is available as either a hot-air or recirculating air curtain. Thanks to its modular design, the TIC can be optimally adapted to different door sizes and structural requirements.

Durable housing

The enclosures of the TIC series are manufactured from robust, self-supporting Magnelis-coated sheet steel and are powder-coated in the standard color RAL 7032 (Pebble Gray) or in any standard RAL color upon request. For the freestanding model, the floor bracket is included; for in-line installation, the connecting brackets are included.

Intelligent Control

TEKADOOR CAT Electronic Multifunctional Control System

A 20-meter pre-assembled, shielded data cable is included as standard with devices equipped with PWW and electric heating.
The 5-stage CAT control system includes a manual/automatic mode and a summer/winter switch as standard features.
A weekly timer with a timer function can be implemented optionally using enable contacts.
For winter operation, a solenoid valve rated up to 2.5 A can be connected (optional).
With the CAT control system, the airflow can be manually adjusted in 5 steps, and the heating output—which, in the case of electric heating, depends on the fan speed—can be manually adjusted in 3 steps.
An enable contact and potential-free operating and fault signals are available for control via a customer-supplied BMS or DDC.
Up to 10 devices can be connected in parallel in a master-slave configuration.
On-site control via a ModBus interface is also possible.

High-Performance AC/EC Fans

Axial fans with three-phase motors, IP 54 protection rating, motor protection via thermal contacts, including a protective touch guard. These fans comply with the ErP Directive regarding minimum efficiency requirements for fans within the EU. Optionally, the door air curtain can be supplied with individually driven EC fans.

For various heating media

Heat exchangers for various heating media
DHW: for standard-temperature DHW 70/50°C and 80/60°C; for low-temperature DHW 60/40°C; other temperatures available upon request. 3-stage heat exchanger , spiral-shaped, corrosion-resistant, with a run-on circuit and overheating protection. Recirculation operation without heating (without a heating medium) is possible.

Easy-to-Perform Maintenance

Because the fin spacing on the heating coil was deliberately chosen to be wide, a filter is not required. This makes it easy to clean the units during maintenance.
